By accessing or placing an order on the TRXTR Wear website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
TRXTR reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All orders placed on TRXTR are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery, Vodafone Cash, Instapay, and card payments processed through our secure payment gateway.
Prices displayed on the site are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Contact us immediately at support.trxtr@gmail.com if you need to make adjustments.

TRXTR delivers nationwide across all 27 Egyptian governorates. Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days; Cairo and Giza orders typically arrive the next business day.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.
A shipping confirmation and tracking link will be sent to your registered phone number via WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
Free shipping is available on orders above 500 EGP. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat delivery fee displayed at checkout.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange a pickup.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Items marked as Final Sale, discounted above 40%, or received as free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Note that the shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
The shipping fee will be covered by the customer for returns or changes that are not due to our error (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and sizing accurately on our website. However, slight variations may occur due to screen calibration differences.
All size guides on product pages are provided as general references. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up or contacting us before ordering.
TRXTR reserves the right to update product descriptions, images, or pricing at any time without notice.

All content on the TRXTR website — including logos, images, copy, designs, and branding — is the exclusive property of TRXTR Wear and protected under applicable Egyptian and international intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this site without prior written consent from TRXTR.
User-submitted content (such as reviews or photos) grants TRXTR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

TRXTR Wear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier failures, force majeure events, or government restrictions.
